becoming a teacher

Slowly, imperceptibly, i have become a person who likes teaching. Perhaps this goes with feeling like one has something genuinely valuable to give to people who genuinely need it. And with that, comes the desire to see one's students learn and grow. This is so different from the days when i saw teaching as merely a means to an end. It's a nice feeling.
