life's too short

Ok. Clearly, even lurking on FB is bad for my emotional well-being. Even more clearly, life is much too precious for this. Operation Disengage. Even if it means being cut off from and ignorant of what my communities are thinking and talking about. Maybe i should just create my own little bubble of sanity and happiness and just not pay attention to all these things that cause me so much aggro. At least, until i learn to be far more zen than i am at the moment. Life's too short.
