calming
One thing about Bach's keyboard music played on the piano: it can sound so wonderfully clarifying and calming. Suddenly the brain/head just feels less tight, less tense. Thank God for music. It's the sound of the piano, i think, and not just the music itself. Like a clear limpid stream. i don't think the effect would be the same on, say, a harpsichord.
.
In other news. It would be good to learn from Bach's music, to apply its lessons in my life. Take time. Breathe. Pray. Don't rush. Build on what you already have. Be orderly. Stay calm. Pause. Think. Breathe. (And yes. Even in the haze.) .
