queues

It's amazing. The lengths to which Singaporeans are prepared to go. And there i was, thinking that going for the wake at 4 in the morning would guarantee a shorter wait. But apparently not. An 8-hour long queue at 4am! (i wonder, though, about these time estimates..... But i guess, suffice to say, these queues are very long...... )

And, in the meantime ... A former King is re-interred in the UK, and yet another plane crashes over the Alps ... Human life is, indeed, one thing after another ...
