bittersweet symphony

Ok, so tea is not music, but it's a cool song, so i'm stealing the title; and it reminds me of London, and i'm also loving the bittersweet snow tea from China that i'm drinking right now -- found, according to the internet, growing at higher altitudes in Yunnan. i love the initial bitterness, and the sweet lingering aftertaste once the tea has washed down one's throat. It lingers for hours. And even if i did not like the bitterness, i'd still go through with it for the sweetness that comes after.
